What do I do if I move house?

If you are moving house and you need to move your services with you, the account holder needs to visit one of our retail outlets (with an identification document) so to provide the details of the new address. Our retail agents will set an appointment for a technician to install the new service at the new premises. Transfer fees might apply for the relocation of the service.

If you are moving house and you do not need the service at the new premises, the account holder needs to visit one of our retail outlets (with an identification document) to terminate the service. Termination fees might apply.
