You should receive your bill once a month which will include:
- The service’s account number, bill issue date and due date
- The rental fee of the current month for your subscribed service/s
- The usage fees (charges fees based on the service utilisation over and above the assigned bundles)
- Other applicable charges from the previous month such as technician visit fees, one-time charges etc
