Why am I getting an error when entering a password?

If you are entering a new password and meeting all the requirements but you are still getting an error, this means that:

  • Your password includes your name or your username or;
  • You have previously used this password in the last 10 changes

Please change your password so that it does not include either of the above mentioned. If you are still experiencing issues, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care support.
